Methods for pavement maintenance planning at operational level and distribution of maintenance funds among sub-networks

Amethod for operative pavement management planning and the distribution of maintenance budget among the sub-networks (local road administration offices) was first developed for the Bavarian Road Administration. This method, called "Coordinated Maintenance and Building Program" (the German abbreviation is "KEB"), is currently used by various German Federal States as well as some other European road administrations for their maintenance planning purposes at operative level.
