As you can see from the latest edition of our Routes/Roads magazine, the standard of the technical content at our recent World Winter Service and Road Resilience Congress was very high indeed. We are delighted to share with you the names of the runners-up selected by our International Jury, who complement the prize winners whom we announced in our previous issue. We will soon publish the full content of the Congress online as part of the Proceedings, which we are currently finalising with our colleagues and partners at Transport Canada.
