After finishing his bachelor studies at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and defending final work by Erasmus program at Erfurt University of Applied Sciences (Germany), he started to work in the Transport and road research institute as road engineer. Egidijus Skrodenis, from Lithuania, 33 years old, is the young professional of this issue.
