I t is time to celebrate - Armenia has joined the PIARC Family, expanding the Family to 128 member countries. And this issue of Routes/Roads you holding in your hands is the 401st issue of the magazine. Furthermore, the first quarter of the 2024-2027 cycle heralded the magazine’s 400th issue. A century of quarterly publication - a little more than a century, in truth, as the vicissitudes of history have sometimes thwarted the course of its publication. This 401st issue of the magazine symbolically opens a new century of service to the international road community.
