Tanel Jairus ( Estonia)
Tanel Jairus, 29 years old, started working in the road sector in 2009, as Chief Specialist of the Road Network Department at the Road Administration of the Republic of Estonia. He is currently in the middle of a master's studies at Tallinn Technical University in transport planning and he is the young professional of this issue.
