The Transport Services Division (TSD) of DPTI regulates transport behaviour and manages and improves transport infrastructure and traffic control so it is safe and secure, meets community expectations, makes a positive contribution to the economy and has minimal impact on the environment. TSD undertakes continuous assessment and management of division level organisational and operational risks identified on a TSD Risk Management Matrix.
