Our Association's next Council meeting will take place at the end of October 2017 in Bonn, Germany. This session will concentrate on drawing up an initial assessment of the actions undertaken by the Commissions set up early in the year, as regards four items: development of the future Strategic Plan, close monitoring of the quality of Association output, establishment of a suitable financial strategy, and implementation of the new communications policy beginning this year. While all these topics are critical to PIARC going forward, I'd like to specifically address our communications policy.
