Provision for Persons with Reduced Mobility During a Tunnel Incident

While an emergency in a congested, and potentially smoke-filled tunnel, might well present an able-bodied person with both physical and psychological challenges in terms of self-rescue, such a traumatic event can be testing at best, and potentially catastrophic at worst, for a person with one of the many forms of reduced mobility or a cognitive/learning difficulty.
