Climate change is one of today´s main challenges worldwide. There is scientific evidence that climate is changing. To respond to predicted temperature changes, international efforts are needed to maintain global temperatures at levels that avoid serious impacts on precipitation and storms, sea level rise, changes in ice coverage and snowfall and other climatic effects.
