Within this framework, she had the opportunity to explain about the inclusion of women in non-traditional jobs within the scope of rural road improvement work.
Experience in Paraguay as shown in the PIARC online webinar held from 21 to 23 June this year, organised by the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC), the Paraguayan Road Association and PIARC.
Paraguay is located in the heart of South America. It has an estimated population of 7,252,672 inhabitants with an almost equal male/female gender split: 50.4% male and 49.6% female.
